Shapes:
- Hand - Rectangular file, cut on three sides, one side uncut. Suitable for filing rectangular geometries
- Flat- Rectangular file, tapered and cut on four sides. Suitable for filing rectangular geometries
- Three square - Triangular file, tapered and cut on all three sides. Suited for filing angular profiles
- Square - Square file, tapered and cut on all four sides. Suitable for filing angular profiles
- Half -round - Half round file cut on two sides, for work on radii and filing half round shapes.
- Half-round pointed - Half-round with pointed end, cut on two sides. Suited to work on radii and filing half-round shapes.
- Round - Round file with circumferential cut, for work on radii and filing profiles with inner radii.
- Knife- Triangular file with knife profile, cut on tow sides and the narrow edge. For working on very acute-angled and narrow geometries.
Cut types:
- CUT 1 -Cross cut for coarse stock removal and for roughing.
- CUT 2 - Cross cut for universal roughening and finishing
- CUT 3 - Cross cut for fine processing and finishing
